This plan focuses on plant selection for your existing garden beds, to refresh the look and to add color and beauty to yard landscape. The plants will be suited to your specific site conditions - including sun and water requirements, soil type, slope, available space; and taking into consideration your family's lifestyle and needs. It will be customized to your style and vision, based upon your preferred design style and will compliment your home's style and architecture.

This plan focuses on the selection of trees, shrubs, and flowers to refresh & enhance your space. It includes a printed 24" x 36" black-and-white planting plan - a scaled map of your yard(s) with plant locations and a listing of plants and quantities. You will also receive a digital design report (suitable for submitting to your HOA) with the planting plan and helpful information on installing and maintaining your landscape.

This plan does not include design of hardscape (non-plant) elements (e.g. patios, decks, walkways) that are not already at the existing site. It does not include installation of plant material.

This is a complete re-working of your space to improve flow and use of the space, and add color and beauty. The plants will be suited to your specific site conditions - including sun and water requirements, soil type, slope, available space; and taking into consideration your family's lifestyle and needs. You will get a printed 24" x 36" full color master layout of your yard(s) with your new design, including any new hardscape features (e.g. patios, decks, walkways) that you want to include.  You will also get a printed 24" x 36" black-and-white planting plan showing the location of the plants on a scaled map of your yard, with a full listing of all of the plant names and quantities. It will also include a listing and quantities of any non-plant materials needed in the design (e.g. gravel, wall block, mulch). You will also receive a digital design report (suitable for submitting to your HOA) with both plans and helpful information on installing and maintaining your landscape. This will also include a separate grading & drainage plan if these changes are needed for your design.

This plan does not include construction drawings, irrigation or lighting placement or installation of plant material.
